The Mill

The Mill at Whitehall with manor-sized home sites ranging from 2 – 3 acres in size is a rare commodity.

The Mill tastefully blends nature with the nostalgic elements of the past – an “old-fashioned” grist mill with a fully operating water wheel. To enhance the mill, a pristine pond with flowering shrubs adjoins the mill adding to the peacefulness of the setting. Native boulder pilings with soil pockets brimming with perennial flowering plants accents the entrance making it unusual, natural and serene.

Once you’ve entered the Mill you will be greeted by two stately pillars and a privacy gate that will allow the selective entry and exit of residents and their guests. Then as you meander up Millwood Lane you’ll find unique street lamps lighting your way. Finally, to add character and to carry the theme of the community to your home, each driveway entrance will have two “boulder” pilings with your name and manor number encased in the landscaped feature.

Just a short drive from the town of Hawley, all of Woodloch Communities are amenity rich. At your doorstep is Woodloch Springs featuring a 20,000 square foot Clubhouse, an 18 hole golf course, a driving range, basketball courts, tennis courts and a Sports Complex. Then there’s Woodloch’s spa (The Lodge at Woodloch) named as one of the top spas in the world. Finally, there’s Woodloch Pines family Resort which features everything from water skiing to nightly entertainment. Regardless of the community you choose amenities abound.
